While normal JavaScript-based animations can be tracked via normal events and callbacks, the situation is not the same with CSS3-driven animations.

onComplete fills in that gap, providing two methods for detecting the end of a CSS 3 animation and a CSS 3 transition respectively.

A small, yet very effective demo is included with the download package.
